Looking for a Peaceful Part Inside Us

Sometimes we need to take a deep breath to rethink anything that has happened to us. It seems that some problems need us to pay more attention, while others need more time to be analyzed. On the other hand, you also need to keep your feelings neutral and normal. Who said it was easy? not really. Then, who will support you? My god. I have nothing to do but pray.

Don't let the problems play too hard and too long in your mind. At least speak to someone whom you can trust. Calm yourself by finding an easy, comfortable corner to avoid being annoyed by people's noise. Do something that really releases your mind and feelings. Writing, reading, sleeping, or even just sitting still somewhere you like, and being absent-minded. Just ignore all the routines for a moment. Try to explain to your family that you need a little bit "Me Time."

Don't push yourself too hard that you have to be always strong to face all of life's challenges. We are human. It's very natural and humanistic if we need others' help sometimes to ease our difficulties. Or if you choose to share your mind with someone, just remember one thing: make sure that he or she is the right one. Not someone who will cause new troubles in your life and who can show empathy to you, not someone who will make fun of your problems.

Life goes on. Learn from the storm. It comes and goes in turn. All the mess will be organized again, though you need more time.

A Note of Feeling
